Zyxel ADSL Modem information

To enable ip loopback...

Telnet into Router (port 23) and go to "System Maintenance" (option 24?) then "Command Interpreter Mode" (option 8) and at the "ras" prompt type "ip nat loopback on".  Then "exit" and quit.
